Shipping and Return Policy
We currently have a processing time of 2 days before shipment, excluding holidays. We will update you throughout the processing and shipping timeline via email, so you know when your order is on its way!
All orders are sent via USPS 2 day Priority Mail, though with delays due to carrier issues or inclement weather this timeline can potentially be extended.
All shipping fees will be calculated and presented at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees unless available promotions or discounts apply.
We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding the locations where we ship.
We recommend you check all neighboring doors, porches, decks, mailboxes, mailrooms, and front desks, to ensure your package was not accidentally delivered nearby. If you're still looking please note carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before dropping them off. Please allow 2 business days before contacting the carrier about a missing package. Please reach out directly to USPS, our preferred shipping carrier, to begin the process of a claim, and please reach out to us at Shop@cleanmarket.com so we may best assist you with the next steps and needed information.
Please note, we are only able to see the tracking page on the shipment once it has left our store.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you are prepared to accept delivery on the day your package is scheduled to arrive. All packages are insured for $100, though the claim must be placed on the part of the buyer with USPS. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address. If your shipment is returned to us, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges. If the package is lost due to you providing an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to offer a refund.
Returns + Exchanges
We are unable to process returns or exchanges on tools, perishable products (including supplements), and skincare items at this time in accordance with general best practices for both you and our team members during the COVID 19 pandemic. Products that have been opened or expired are not eligible for return or exchange. If you need to cancel your order for any reason please reach out to us at Shop@cleanmarket.com at your soonest convenience. Please note, if your order has already shipped by the date of your cancellation request, we will not be able to refund the initial shipping fee, however, we will send through a shipping return label at no cost.
Damages + Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions + Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
