CANCELLATION POLICY

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST A 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE OF RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION. You will be charged in full if you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Services booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS. We understand that delays may occur and we will use our best efforts to accommodate you when possible. If not possible, you will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment.

CONCIERGE SERVICES. You will be charged in full if you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Services booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be canceled or rescheduled. If a registered nurse has already been dispatched to your location or if you are not present at the given address when the nurse arrives, you will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment plus fees.
