The CM Team Vitamin + Supplement Routines

At Clean Market, we are all wellness junkies so we thought it would be fun to peer into the supplement stashes of our team. We weren’t surprised to find that there are several tried and trues that nearly the entire team takes across the board. We seem to be rubbing off on each other - in the best possible way! 

Read on to learn what supplements find their way into our team’s routine. 


Lauren - VP, Operations

“I start every morning one sachet of Goop Glow to see I kick off my day with a healthy dose of Vitamin C, E, and CoQ10 - plus it tastes delicious! From there I follow up with LivOn Labs Glutathione to support that glowy skin look I am always striving to achieve. 

When I am finally ready for my coffee I blend in Brain Octane Oil, Coconut Butter and Moon Juice Collagen Protect. 

Depending on what I ate or drank for lunch/dinner I may pop a few of WTHN ‘Oops I Did it Again’ or Activated Charcoal as these support my sensitive gut while not totally disrupting or limiting what I can enjoy in terms of food or social activities.  

Lastly, if I am needing some sleep or additional digestive support I end my day with Magnesi-Om blended in some hot water while I enjoy a TV show, or book in bed.”

"Currently, I am taking Plant People Lung Guard (coming to CM very soon!), Thorne Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and Moon Juice Super Hair, because I have been bleaching and dying my hair so much that I am trying to keep it as healthy as possible internally and externally. I am also a HUGE fan of the Vitamin D Sunshine Booster, as it takes care of my D needs in one easy booster shot!”

“There are a few supplements that are core to my routine. I have always been a huge fan of RelaxMax (a dose morning + night). 

In the AM, I take probiotics, Lypospheric Vitamin C and Glutathione. These are all great for gut health, immunity, and detox. I’ve also noticed great improvement to my skin as a result. In the evening, I add Vitamin D to my Relax Max. I also rotate SuperYou and SuperHair (or a multivitamin in) - I find the duo is great for energy and stress. ”

“In the morning before breakfast I take LivOn Labs Vitamin C and Glutathione in a little bit of orange juice. 

Once I get to work I take Seeking Health electrolytes powder to help with overall energy and cellular support. 

In the evenings with dinner I take one capsule of Designs for Health Cannabomega to get Omega 3s to balance out the seed oils (omega 6s) in my diet, two Quercetin (I like Pure Encapsulations, but there are a few good brands) for immune support, and asthaxanthin which is an antioxidant. Near bedtime I take the Thorne liquid vitamin D/K2 1,000 IU."

“I take LivOn Labs Lypospheric Vitamin C, B-Complex and Glutathione. Honestly that’s about it these days! Vitamin C and gluta daily for immune support as well as to detox. B-complex roughly 1-2 days per week for a little pick me up between IV drips.” 


Asa - Managing Partner 

“I take 3 - 5 grams of Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) spread across 2 doses morning and night, depending on how I am feeling. Then I take 20,000 IU of Vitamin D once a week with an avocado or shot of olive oil, because it’s a fat soluble vitamin so you absorb it better when taking with fat. The rest as follows: 

  • Cortisol Manager almost every night before bed
  • Methyl Folate 3 times a week when I'm feeling sluggish
  • Lypospheric Glutathione whenever I remember
  • And try to do 1-2 NutriCleanse IV Drip once a month. Lvl 3 Glutathione.”
