First IV Drip FAQ

What is IV therapy?

IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins and minerals through a small IV line. We call our sessions IV Drips. Each one on our menu has a different mix of nutrients, and a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner administers every one.

How long does an IV Drip take?

Most IV Drips take 30–60 minutes. NutriGlow takes 15–30 minutes. Allow a few extra minutes for check-in.

Does it hurt?

Most clients feel a quick pinch when the IV is placed. After that, you sit back in a private room. Individual experiences vary.

Is IV therapy safe?

Before every IV Drip you'll have a quick health consult and vitals check, and a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner administers it. Our IV Nutrient Therapy is overseen by our medical team, led by Dr. Maurice Beer. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider first.

How much does an IV Drip cost in NYC?

IV Drips start at $135 (NutriGlow). Hydration IV Drips are $150–$250. New clients get 20% off their first service when they join our email list. Clean Market Members get Member pricing on every visit.

How do I use my 20% off?

Join our email list above and we'll email your code. It's for first-time clients, on your first service.

Where are your NYC locations?

Midtown East, NoHo, FiDi at Brookfield Place, Equinox Sports Club (Upper West Side), and Equinox Hotel Hudson Yards. Prefer your home, office, or hotel? Book our concierge service.

Who shouldn't get an IV Drip?

IV Drips aren't right for everyone. Your nurse reviews your health history and checks your vitals before every IV Drip. If you're pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider first and let your nurse know at check-in.

Is there an intake form?

Yes. You'll fill out a short health intake form before your first IV Drip, and your nurse reviews it with you at check-in.

Are there side effects?

Some clients notice mild tenderness or bruising where the IV was placed. Your nurse will go over what to expect, and you can call us anytime at 888-320-1699.

What should I do after my IV Drip?

Drink plenty of water over the next 48 hours and get a good night's sleep.

How often can I get an IV Drip?

It depends on the IV Drip and your goals. Your nurse will recommend a schedule after your first visit.

Is IV therapy HSA/FSA eligible?

You can use your HSA or FSA to pay for IV Drips. We recommend checking with your HSA or FSA provider for details on how you can use these funds.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee your time.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment are charged in full, and appointments booked less than 24 hours ahead can't be changed.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. Book side-by-side appointments and enjoy your IV Drips together in our lounge.

Where do your ingredients come from?

Every IV Drip is prepared for you by our clinical team, using ingredients from licensed U.S. pharmacies [confirm], and tailored to you after your health consult.
